I am Karin Kriehn. In daily life, I am a director in primary education. As an advisor and coach, I support the management and teachers of the preschool in Gyumri in their daily processes. Together, we work on effective and high-quality education for the youngest students. We focus on creating structure within the group and throughout the day. Additionally, the emphasis is on developing independence in the students. I enjoy working with a motivated team that works hard and is open to development!

I am Eva Beunk (1999), composer, artist, and educator, trained at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague. Examples of my work include Op Wacht and Klinkerweg, where the location, participants, and community all play a significant role. In my work, I am constantly engaged in creating problems, so I can then solve them. I try to bring this solution-oriented mindset to Armenia and pass it on to the teachers and children there. I want to add music and creativity to the curriculum in a playful, accessible way.

My name is Arjen Beunk (1997). For the past three years, I have been working in the development of hydrogen technology, specifically its compression and purification. During my school career, I successfully completed the VWO Technasium program, and with that, I have become an expert within Alvan Tsarik. In my early career, I greatly benefit from the skills I learned in the Technasium program. In 2019, I worked to introduce this concept at UNDP in Armenia so that people there can hopefully benefit from it as well. In the background, I support Alvan Tsarik with various matters, including Technasium and technical issues.

I am Laura Beunk (1995). Since December 2019, I have been working as a dentist in the Nijmegen area. During the final year of my studies, I set up an oral care project within Alvan Tsarik together with Yester. I am strongly convinced of the necessity and potential of a preventive approach to health issues. In this way, I hope to contribute to the improvement of oral health and the awareness of the impact of behavior on health, both among the children and the staff. By helping the children gradually adopt proper oral care habits through play, they can carry these skills with them for the rest of their lives. Additionally, in the summer of 2017, I helped with the construction work of the school building.
