Alvan Tsarik stands for small-scale projects. This allows us as an organization to remain transparent and agile. Caution, mutual respect as partners, and trust in each other are essential for establishing a long-lasting relationship with our Armenian partners. Learning from each other and taking personal responsibility are our top priorities.
Goal
Our goal is citizenship development. Our Armenian partners stand behind their decisions, are willing to take responsibility, initiate projects, and learn to think in terms of collaboration and competencies. Our partners serve as role models for Armenia in this respect. Children play a special role in this. The change must come from them.
Promise
We aim to set up concrete educational projects where a shift in mindset can take place. Resources are used efficiently, are verifiable, and are transparently allocated in all directions. Reporting is a regular routine, in which accountability for the use of funds is also provided.
