- The Technasium education program has been implemented at the center in its own building.
- Courses in Modern Foreign Languages, dance, yoga, karate, film arts, and ICT ensure the building is continuously in use.
- The Technasium offering for continuous education in secondary schools in Gyumri.
- Alvan Tsarik Educational Center (ATSEC) will be financially and organizationally independent after 3 years.
- 3 to 4 preschool groups will be operational.
- Technasium groups will be active in ATSEC with students in 4 different age groups.
This Quarter and Year
- Four preschool groups will be running at ATSEC.
- Fundraising for the construction of a Technasium building on our own property.
- Beginning of the construction of two new classrooms on the ATSEC premises.
- Technasium projects in collaboration with Magnon OSJC Gyumri.
- Further expansion of the Oral Care project.
- Finalization of the musical education curriculum.
- Expansion of the ATSEC board to include local entrepreneurs.
- Start of teacher training for preschool educators through monthly online sessions from the Netherlands.
- Increasing visibility in Gyumri with institutional partners such as government, education, and ICT companies.
- Start of visits and teacher training for educators from Gyumri and the surrounding areas at the preschool of the center.
- Translation of Technasium assignments into Armenian.
- Meeting Schedule with ATSEC
- Fixed times for communication.
- Financial reporting to be established.
- Expanding contacts with the Dutch Embassy in Yerevan.
- Updating the website.
- Launching the first Technasium project in schools in Gyumri.
- Implementation of a gifted children’s class with an ICT focus at our center.
- Visits by Dutch professionals in preschool education to the center.
